Product Marketing (Calling And Content Writing) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Call up those customers whenever they drop off from the donation funnel (at any step)
2. Get all the information about the donor in our panel
3. Show gratitude towards donors keeping in mind the tone of voice by thanking them for the work they have done to save many lives
4. Get an idea as to why they dropped off from donating to a fundraiser and make note of their feedback
5. Request the donor to donate on that particular fundraiser itself by persuading them
6. Upsell the amount (For example: Let s assume INR 1000 was the amount they were intending to donate, the candidate would try & upsell 25% more)
