Product Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contact potential customers on the phone, by email, and in person
2. Identify and set up meetings with potential new members, unions, and groups
3. Prepare promotional material and marketing campaigns to attract new members
4. Prepare and deliver presentations
5. Take part in events to promote the work of Sayas Cooperative
6. Convince people to become Sayas members
7. Act as the main point of contact for the regions, and provide assistance to meet members needs
8. Provide information about services and encourage them to buy those services through Sayas
9. Help members register themselves online and apply for services
10. Follow up with the internal team and service vendor for the service and make sure the service is delivered.
11. Handle complaints or objections of members
12. Provide complete support to members for registration and services
13. Get frequent reviews/feedback from members and share service sales and members' data with the internal team
14. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
