About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Communicate to the client the solutions are given by the product and engineering teams for the reported issues
2. Handle client queries via emails and tracks them till closure
3. Evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on client issues as well as replicate and document for further escalation
4. Learn and work with API, Linux, DB, Docker, and SAAS solutions
5. Work with BFSI clients
6. Work as an expert in Signzy's products with your technical knowledge
7. Handle client questions about Signzy products(onboarding/VKYC/API)
8. Work closely with support, to improve the support system
9. Work as the first point of contact for Signzy's clients and partners, troubleshoot issues or escalate them internally with L1 and L2
10. Research, debug and solve client issues
11. Analyze the logs for reported issues and escalate to the next-level teams with a clear description of the issue
12. Play a significant role in the growth and development of our customer support competencyelected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
