Production Engineering Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on project planning and scheduling of resources so as to ensure on-time deliveries
2. Maintaining the inventory/stock data and exercising control on the same
3. Ensuring that all defined processes are strictly followed in terms of flawless execution of the production plan for an order
4. Ensuring an efficient utilization and operation and of the stores/warehouse
5. Screening and selecting the vendors for various items/components in coordination with quality team members
6. Handling the negotiations with the vendors on the price, T&C, and delivery time vis- -vis the required specifications
7. Monitoring vendor payments vis- -vis the T&C and the supplies made
