1. In-depth event production knowledge
2. Expert in understanding light, sound, video, printing & fabrication for corporate events
3. Expert in vendor management & new vendor development i.e. identifying new vendors across India
4. Should be able to understand vendor capability depending on the type of event
5. Experience in making a detailed checklist and task sheets
6. Good exposure towards artist management
7. Experience in backstage management
8. Knowledge on how to do venue recce & measurements
9. Open to travel across India and overseas
10. Must be able to interact with clients whenever required
11. Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines
12. Multitasking ability
13. Should be able to work day & night continuously when required for event planning & execution
14. Should be a team player
15. Proven track record in previous organizations
16. Ability to think out of box ideas
