We are looking for an Intern in the Marketing Team to manage more than 400 interns each month. The job includes communication with the interns, training and ensuring all the tasks are completed, arranging sessions for them, and managing all their data on sheets.
Responsibilities:
Communicating with national and international applicants
Executing email blasts for onboarding new applicants
Screening their applications and selecting the best candidates to intern at IIDE every month
Arranging training sessions for them on Zoom
Preparing and assigning all materials required to the Virtual Interns
Conducting Sessions like Orientation, Google Workspace, interactive sessions etc.
Conducting quality checks of the work received.
Issuing certificates, courses and LOEs
Alloting all the tasks in an organized manner using sheets
Making Time Tables on the basis of all the tasks that need to take place
Requirements:
Excellent communication and outreach skills
Excellent managerial and people skills
Fair knowledge of Digital Marketing
Strong analytical skills and experience in tracking relevant metrics
Ability to effectively multitask
Strong familiarity with tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Zoom, etc
Candidate must be residing in Mumbai.
