Program Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Planning and executing of Hackathons/challenges for clients
2. Devising marketing strategy for events, creating process flow, timely hosting of events on HackerEarth platform
3. Developing a comprehensive understanding of the customer requirements, industry business challenges and objectives to seamlessly execute events
4. Interacting with the clients to keep them abreast about the event process, promotion plans, response from the participants and any other ad-hoc demands related to event execution that may arise from the client s end
5. Liaising with sales, marketing, and operations team, and function as a SPOC for effective execution of the event related activities
6. Building relationships with external vendors for offline marketing and on the ground execution of events
7. Synergizing with the operations team to ensure maximum participation for offline events and communication of the event agenda to the participants
8. Meeting clients on a need basis will be a part of the job

Occasional travel is required to manage events in different cities which will be based on the nature of the event.
