Project coordination Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Communicate with the services team and clients to identify and define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals
2. Work on planning monthly launch group meetings, including the agenda, summary, and follow-up
3. Support the delivery managers to eliminate blockers, set up the right project process internally, and closely track and follow up on all projects
4. Update the delivery managers about the progress frequently and make sure they can be done on time and on track
5. Create project schedules and resource estimates
6. Support the department with internal communication tasks, such as SharePoint sites
7. Manage different projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
