Project coordination Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ensure compliance with internal administrative, financial, and technical reporting standards, procedures, and requirements
2. Submit timesheets of projects weekly
3. Ensure smooth transition of awarded projects from Business Development to Project Management
4. Provide assistance to ensure projects run on time and within budget
5. Provide an active role and use critical judgment in the development of all project deliverables
6. Proactively communicate with experts, clients, and all other relevant stakeholders for each assigned project as directed
7. Support to ensure compliance
8. Prepare drafts
9. Undertake field visits and attend meetings with clients and other relevant stakeholders as appropriate
10. Effectively communicate with the Departments about any issues related to assigned projects
11. Assist with timely follow-up on all submitted invoices through to completion of the collection process
12. Work on complying with the contractual requirements set out in clients', consultants , and subcontractors contracts and completion of projects in the defined timeline, facilitate budgetary and financial control of assigned projects, and support managing expectations of all parties involved
