About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing the development and execution of project deliverables, lead project planning, budgeting, action plans, and monitoring processes
2. Maintaining all project activities and acting as the main contact point for the donor and the field staff
3. Ensuring project activities comply with the policies and regulations of the donor organization
4. Submitting activity reports, meeting minutes and financial reports on regular basis to the donor
5. Leading and motivating the project team, monitor project activities, expenditure, coordinate work with volunteers in the project
6. Employing resourcefulness in project design, implementation, and monitoring
7. Troubleshooting project problems
8. Identifying and implementing creative solutions
9. Entering financial information and maintaining all financial records for projects and for the organization
10. Preparing and maintaining donor agreements and staff contracts
Earn certifications in these skills
