Project Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on assisting our project manager in the planning and execution of projects according to strict deadlines and budget
2. Work on planning and scheduling project timelines & milestones using appropriate tools like JIRA, Trello, and Gantt charts
3. Manage/track the project on project management tools
4. Work on documenting and finalizing the scope of work including requirements & timelines by coordinating with technical team and customers
5. Work on project execution, schedule management, and tracking
6. Work on serving as the communication medium between our team & customers, identifying possible flags or delay, and moderating all client meetings
7. Work with technical and sales team for preparing proposals for customers
8. Work under pressure and across time zones
9. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and requirement related documentation and presentations
10. Handle clients and interacting with them through emails/calls
11. Work on maintaining & updating trackers, following-up, monitoring, and delivering the day's schedule
