1. Currently enrolled in a bachelors or Masterss degree program in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Strong interest and understanding of project management principles and processes
3. Proficiency in using project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana)
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
5. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project-related issues
6. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask
7. Adaptability and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
