1. Create knowledge resources for use by students, policy analysts, government, and other organizations working on similar projects
2. Assist the research director in undertaking project-oriented research, primary data collection, and analysis, secondary desk research, synthesis of project documentation, summarize data findings, develop and create data visualizations and assist in writing analytical documents based on the research findings
3. Publish academic articles in reputed journals at the end of the research period
