About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Address expert/customer inquiries and concerns by providing professional and efficient support via email
2. Manage/optimize self-service platforms like chatbots, and knowledge bases to reduce the number of queries
3. Work on Zoho desk/CRM and CRO platform Zoho pagesense

Skills & Requirements:

1. Must be an Indian national and over 21 years of age
2. Must be a graduate from the year 2020, 2021, or 2022 (candidates must possess the degree/provisional certificate)
3. Must not have been an apprentice under NATS before
4. Must be freshers with less than one year of experience
5. Candidate has a degree in engineering/tech
6. Must have excellent communication (oral/written) and problem-solving skills
7. Must have PAN card, Aadhar card, and all educational documents
8. Candidates with working knowledge of MS Excel and Zoho desk tools will be preferred
