Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the work from home job/internship
2. can start the work from home job/internship between 17th Sep'22 and 22nd Oct'22
3. are available for duration of 1 month
4. have relevant skills and interests

Target population for the research is (A) unmarried urban females in the age group 18-25; (B) married urban females in the age group 28-45.
Krsh provides community-driven solutions for mental health. Krsh trains volunteers for mental health counseling, to make it accessible and affordable for everyone. Using community intervention, Krsh removes the stigma and hesitation involved in seeking help for mental wellness.
Krsh has a tech-driven work culture even though it's a nonprofit organization. Krsh has an in-house platform to train counselors, for psychometric assessments, and to facilitate the counseling process. Krsh currently focuses on youth's mental wellness challenges and solves them by using a derivative of solution-focused behavioral therapy and buddy pairing.
