The organization will brief the intern about the expectations and procedure to communicate with clients.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Providing counseling or therapy to the client based on their requirements
2. Researching the methods and techniques that can be used in the therapy for a client for best mental health results
3. Coming up with a plan and course for the client to learn techniques that they can use by themselves after the therapy is over

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per session).
