Psychology Internship

We are developing an AI-powered mental health chatbot designed to offer empathetic, supportive, and evidence-informed conversations to users seeking mental wellness support. We believe in merging psychological insight with cutting-edge technology to make mental health support more accessible.

We are seeking students or recent graduates from psychology backgrounds to join our team as Testers. Your role will be to rigorously test the chatbot, provide insightful feedback on user experience, language tone, and psychological accuracy, and help us improve the bot's emotional intelligence and relevance.

Key Responsibilities:

-Test chatbot conversations across various mental health scenarios.
-Evaluate the emotional and psychological appropriateness of the responses.
-Identify bugs, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in both UX and logic flow.
-Collaborate with the product and tech teams to give feedback from a psychology-first perspective.
-Contribute to improving the chatbot's empathy, tone, and alignment with -psychological principles.
-Occasionally review technical flows (you'll be trained if needed) to understand user journey and behavior logic.

Qualifications
-Pursuing or completed a degree in Psychology (B.A./B.Sc./M.A./M.Sc. or equivalent).
-Interest in the intersection of psychology and technology.
-Basic understanding of chatbot functionality or willingness to learn. (training will be provided)
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Detail-oriented and observant, with an ability to identify subtle behavioral nuances.
-Previous exposure to user testing or mental health apps is a plus (but not mandatory).
