About part time job/internship

Project Brief

The project deals with modifying and adapting an intervention for self-harm in youth. In the second phase of the project, the intervention effect on self-harm will be compared against a control group. The research site is in Mumbai.

This is a deliverable based position and the major deliverables will be as follow:

-Liaise with the collaborating hospitals at the research site in Mumbai.
-Facilitate recruitment of the patients for the study
-Interview the patients and parents
-Participate in focused group discussions
-Managing the data
-Supervising the field workers (to achieve items 1 & 2) & counsellors
-Help in designing the intervention manual
-Administration of intervention under supervision
-Community outcome assessments
-Participate in the feedback sessions for the community and the stakeholders
-Coordinating with IT & HR department of the host Institute.
-Managing data collected individually.
-Guiding field workers to manage data collected by them
-Compilation of the manual
-Helping with the publication of the results of the research
