About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding suitable tests for an online assessment tool
2. Fine-tuning the tool
3. Matching test results with personality traits
4. Matching personality traits with jobs & careers

Note: I am currently working on a career selection platform at the concept stage. I am looking for someone from a psychology background to help me build a career choice questionnaire (I am deciding the combination of MBTI, Big5/BFI, Holland code/Riasec, disc tests).
