About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Strategizing long-term plans to engage with the talents, build strategies to attract like-minded talent to the organization
2. Building and refining the processes for onboarding new members
3. Creating and managing programs for engagement with talents
4. Creating a central database of all talents working in the organization
5. Taking feedbacks from talents for improving on the program
6. Smoothening out and managing internal processes within the organization
