Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 1st Jan'20 and 10th Feb'20
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

NCAS is an advocacy resource center that works towards a participatory rights-based and people-centered policy environment, a transparent and accountable governance and advancement of human rights. The core mandate of NCAS is to strengthen the capacity of marginalized people and social action groups to advocate on issues concerning their basic rights and social justice. It is a social change resource center focusing on people-centered advocacy, knowledge creation, rights-based advocacy learning, and capacity building.
It has pioneered the people-centered advocacy method as an effective and sustainable approach for the empowerment of marginalized people in India. The community learning movement program developed by NCAS is envisaged as a collective learning process. It is initiated in collaboration with local organizations, committed to building the capacities of the communities to address their issues. This has been a very successful approach to enable learning.
