1. Expert in Python with knowledge of Django
2. Working knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
3. Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
4. Understanding the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture
5. Good understanding of server-side templating languages
6. Understanding of accessibility and security compliance
7. Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
8. Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
9. Strong unit test and debugging skills
10. Decent understanding of code versioning tools
11. Should be a fast learner
12. Working knowledge of Angular and/or React and/or React-Native (cross-platform mobile app development)
