Added requirements

1. Patience and skills in Python

2. Basic math skills to teach Class X11 syllabus of NIOS

3. Should be a social and loving person

4. Should have good subject knowledge of Python and should be capable of teaching 12th-grade maths of NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling)
