About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
2. Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
3. Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities
4. Designing, developing, and executing automation scripts using open source tools
5. Identifying, recording, documenting thoroughly, and tracking bugs
6. Performing thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
7. Developing and applying testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs, liaising with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
8. Monitoring debugging process results
9. Investigating the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
10. Tracking quality assurance metrics like defect densities and open defect counts
11. Staying up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
