We are looking for a quality assurance engineering intern to join our team. As a quality assurance engineering intern, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
2. Creating detailed, comprehensive, well-structured test plans and test cases
3. Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating quality testing activities
4. Liaising with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
5. Identifying the quality assurance process bottleneck and suggesting actions for improvement
6. Investigating product quality to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction

1. Should have some experience in software development, software quality assurance, and knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
2. Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
3. Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
4. Should be able to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
5. Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related subject
6. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
