Quality Analytics (Software Engineering) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Performing quality assurance of web applications using test cases
2. Writing automated scripts to perform regression testing of applications
3. Checking the consistency of the application, both at the web application level and the database level using SQL
4. Writing test cases to test different features of the product after understanding product requirements
5. Understanding, implementing, and updating the agile test strategy
6. Working with product owners/scrum masters to define acceptance criteria and the definition of done
7. Measuring and reporting test coverage across all applicable coverage dimensions
8. Ensuring proper use of testing tools
9. Configuring, using, and managing test environments and test data
10. Writing and executing automated checks and reporting back to the team
11. Reporting defects and working with the team to resolve them
12. Coaching other team members in relevant aspects of testing
13. Ensuring the appropriate testing tasks are scheduled during release and iteration planning
14. Collaborating with developers and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, especially in terms of testability, consistency, and completeness
15. Participating proactively in daily standup meetings, story grooming sessions, team retrospectives, suggesting and implementing improvements
16. Working on SDLC, Selenium, Jira, manual testing, and Java
