Established in 2015, Adhyayan Quality Education Foundation aims to improve the quality of leadership and learning in schools across India. We provide the tools and processes to enable leaders and their school's stakeholders to begin the process of improvement by first conducting a baseline review.
Our mission is to build the capacity of our partners to catalyze sustainable and self-driven change in schools and colleges, to fulfill our vision of 'A good school for every child'.
We currently partner with the Directorate of Education, Goa and Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan (across 827 schools and 1000+ system leaders on the Systemic School Improvement Program), Delhi Commission for the Protection of Child Rights (across 5,600+ schools and 900+ assessors on the School Development Index), Antarang Foundation (2000+ individuals on career readiness) and Ashoka Foundation (26 schools).
