1. Must have a basic understanding of PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, Laravel, HTML and other similar languages
2. Must be a proactive, self-motivated, highly disciplined, responsible and reliable
3. Having a development background is a plus
4. Must have a good understanding of most of the testing automation tools like selenium, testing whiz, etc.
