Quality Assurance Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Quality assurance:
1. Conduct regular quality checks on products throughout the manufacturing process, including in-process inspections and final product testing.
2. Monitor key quality metrics and identify trends to proactively address potential issues.
3. Analyze non-conforming products, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
4. Develop and maintain quality control plans and procedures to ensure consistent quality standards.

B. Process improvement:
1. Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize quality and efficiency.
2. Analyze data from quality checks to identify trends and implement preventive measures.
3. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and minimize waste.

C. Compliance and documentation:
1. Ensure adherence to industry quality standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001).
2. Maintain detailed documentation of quality records, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports.
3. Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with quality standards.

D. Collaboration:
1. Work closely with production teams, engineering, customer success, and management to identify and resolve quality issues.
2. Communicate quality concerns to relevant stakeholders and provide timely updates on corrective actions.
3. Train suppliers, operators, and other team members on quality procedures and standards.
