About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Leverage the inbuilt React toolkit for creating frontend features
2. Create data visualization tools, libraries, and reusable code for prospects
3. Integrate designs and wireframes within the application code
4. Monitor interaction of users and convert them into insightful information
5. Write application interface code with JavaScript
6. Enhance application performance with constant monitoring
7. Translate wireframes and designs into good quality code
8. Optimize components to work seamlessly across different browsers and devices
9. Work on CSS libraries, GIT, Sigma, Adobe XD, etc.
10. Proper user information authentication
11. Develop responsive web-based UI
12. Maintain constant interaction with other developer teams and design team to discuss UI ideas
13. Take a thorough review of applications needs and interfacing elements
14. Follow proper documentation for changes in application and further updates

Our software will enable HRs to create engagement workflows for different employee journeys like pre-boarding, onboarding, etc. Beamfox enables HR teams to engage candidates or employees on the platform they are available via phone calls, emails, SMS, video calls, and telegram. Without the candidate or employee, signup or download an additional app while providing analytics and engagement scores based on the engagement data. We believe this will essentially increase employee engagement, reduce employee turnover, and reduce candidate drop-off by improving the acceptance to joining ratio.
