4. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 6000 per month).
Salary is structured to offer a minimum assured stipend and based on the performance the amount can be another 6000. Top performers will be able to bag a minimum of 6000 and a maximum of 12000 based on performance.
