We are currently seeking a real estate intern (includes fieldwork) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter possessing strong sales skills, business acumen, and leadership potential.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Participate in market analyses, develop questionnaires, perform telephone surveys, assist in calculations and quantitative analysis, and research necessary records and statistics
2. Prepare portfolios (property briefs) of prospective properties to be provided to the client
3. Develop and maintain lists of 'for sale by owner' properties for follow-up mailings and contact by the regular staff
4. Perform maintenance and update of records; post listings, sales, and trades and analyze them
Qualifications:
1. Currently under graduation
2. An interest in the commercial real estate industry
3. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe
