Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing and attracting top talent for various positions within the company.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
4. Manage job postings on various platforms and social media channels to increase visibility and attract candidates.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database.
7. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
