About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities would include:

1. Handling the end-to-end recruitment process
2. Understanding client's requisitions
3. Sourcing profiles from the job portals
4. Validating candidates by interviewing them telephonically
5. Submitting their CVs
6. Coordinating interviews of the shortlisted candidates
7. Procuring post-interview feedback from the candidates
8. Coordinating their joining in client's organization
