Recruitment Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify future hiring needs, develop job descriptions and specifications
2. Collaborate with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements
3. Write and proofread job descriptions
4. Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
5. Recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
6. Use a multi-channel approach to recruit
7. Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
8. Conduct telephonic interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions
9. Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
10. Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
