Role: Technical Recruiter

People who have completed their graduation is only applicable for this position people who are still pursing won't be taken forward!

Responsibilities:
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, performing telephonic
screenings
Posses an interest in researching technologies and upgrading the basic skill on it in a
fast paced recruitment environment.
Run End-to-End recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
Working with concerned tech team and stakeholders to understand the resources
needed and develop recruitment strategies (Intern, Long Term, Strategic and Fast track
hires)
Hiring across all levels from Tech Graduates / Campus hires up to Senior Technology
leaders
The responsibilities will also include offer generation and negotiation, as well as staying
connected with the candidate until closure
Display ability to work in demanding timelines for resourcing needs across projects.
Posses expertise in sourcing candidates through multiple sources including, but not
limited to job portals, social media and vendors
Manage the overall interview, selection and closing process
