Recruitment Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and role requirements.
Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using innovative and effective techniques.
Manage the applicant pipeline via ATS and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Coordinate interviews and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Extend offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
