1. Create a job description from scratch and identify negotiable/non-negotiable skills for new roles
2. Source candidates through various channels including conversion of passive
3. candidates
4. Understand technicalities behind the positions and liaise with technical teams to screen proactively
5. Demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to change, take initiative, showcase curiosity, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
6. Manage and track candidate information in our applicant tracking system including, but not limited to research, applicant tracking, workflow, communication, data, analytics, and reporting, etc.
7. Create market maps for various specialties and geographic regions for candidate talent pools
8. Assist in key initiatives and continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results
9. Help to develop talent inclusion and diversity strategies
Note: The internship role is conversion role i.e., the post of the intern will be converted to full-time role post the completion of the 6-month internship
