About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design and update job descriptions to accurately reflect role requirements.
2. Craft emails to attract passive candidates and engage potential hires.
3. Source potential candidates using various online platforms (e.g., professional job portals, LinkedIn, Foundit, Apna.co, Indeed).
4. Screen incoming resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates.
5. Interview candidates via various mediums (e.g., in-person, phone, video) to assess their fit for the role.
6. Advertise job openings on career pages, job boards, and social media to reach a wider audience.
7. Send job offers and recruiting emails while answering queries related to compensation and benefits.
8. Host recruitment events and participate in job fairs to promote the organization and attract talent.
