1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings
2. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
3. Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers in MS-Excel
4. Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job ads on various platforms
5. Conduct reference checks and background verification for shortlisted candidates
6. Assist in organizing recruitment events and career fairs
7. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
