We are seeking a highly motivated recruitment intern to join our team at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited. As a recruitment intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process while working closely with our HR team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in screening resumes and coordinating candidate interviews.
2. Maintain candidate information and track recruitment progress.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
5. Participate in recruitment events, and post job openings.
6. Provide administrative support for recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, etc.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
