Recruitment Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Carry out regular reporting on recruitment metrics
2. Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
3. Manage employees grievances

Requirements:

1. Should have IT recruitment and team management experience
2. Well-versed on job boards (Naukri & LinkedIn)
3. Good understanding of all IT skills
4. Effective communication and negotiation skills
5. Employees should be self-motivated and independent
6. Good oral and written communication skills in English
7. Excellent team handling & time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and work well under pressure
8. Ability to develop a large, diverse, and technically qualified applicant pool from multiple sources including direct sourcing, competitive information, cold-calling, websites, referrals, advertising, networking, etc.
9. Strong passive candidate sourcing skills, experience, and success
10. Great negotiation skills, a strong sense of urgency, and attention to detail are required
11. Ability to effectively influence and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment

Other information:

Work timings: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (Monday to Friday) and up to 4:30 pm (working Saturdays).
