About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling end-to-end recruitment process of our company
2. Sourcing prospects from job portals, reference mapping, headhunting, and posting on job portals
3. Coordinating with the candidates
4. Performing pre-screening calls to analyze the applicant's abilities
5. Handling our clients and managing our vendors
6. Coordinating with hiring managers for the new requisitions
