We are looking for a recruitment specialist to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires. Ultimately, you will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling the entire recruitment process that would include sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, reference checks, etc.
2. Understanding client requirements and deciding on the recruitment strategy
3. Conducting telephonic and personal interviews in coordination with the department heads
4. Creating and implementing end-to-end hiring processes to ensure the selection of qualified candidates
5. Working on efficiently and effectively filling open positions within the SLA
6. Updating and managing the data effectively
7. Coordinating with clients for interviews of shortlisted candidates, facilitating salary negotiation, following up, and counseling thoroughly to ensure placements
8. Building a continuous rapport with clients as well as candidates for a long-term association
9. Preparing and maintaining various MIS reports like tracker sheets, requirements, and offer reports to be sent to the delivery heads and top management
Requirements:
