About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source candidates from recruitment portals including Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and others after getting a good understanding of the job description
2. Screen resumes and applications received
3. Conduct the first telephonic screening round and provide recommendations
4. Schedule system technical tests with candidates and follow up to ensure timely response
5. Coordinate with candidates as and when required to schedule interviews, before joining etc.
6. Work on the applicant tracking system and internal databases and dashboards

6. Detail-oriented, good organizational skills

7. A good attitude, a keen interest to learn and grow
