3. Checking for available candidates in the various portals and reach out to them to seek their interest
4. Reviewing the resumes thoroughly and shortlist suitable matches
5. Establishing communication between the client and the consultants
6. Coordinating the interviews
7. Coaching and preparing candidates through the client interview process
8. Remaining in touch with the client, consultant, employer regarding the updates and development and maintaining good relations with clients
9. Maintaining and updating the database of consultant and clients
10. Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment and end to end recruitment and sourcing, screening
