Referral Management Intern is responsible for researching and maintaining relevant job opportunities from our Industry Mentor company pool. You will be responsible for interacting with mentors, coordinate channels for referrals, and encourage students for relevant roles.
Role description:
1. Maintain database of updated companies of industry mentors
2. Search and maintain relevant job opportunities from LinkedIn and company job portals
3. Interact with Industry Mentors and coordinate channels for referrals
4. Filter students profiles from the pool for referral opportunities
5. Interact with students for relevant jobs
6. Review student s profile, and resume
7. Coordinate with students to schedule their mock interviews and resume review sessions for successful referrals
Who are we looking for?
1. A quick learner, confident, and high on energy
2. Placement skills like sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, coordination, etc.
3. Someone with good communication and coordination skills
4. Someone with good soft skills, empathetic and convincing traits
5. Proficiency in resume writing, profile building is a must
6. Understanding of different technologies like NodeJS, ReactJS, Full Stack, Python, Django, ExpressJS, AngularJS, C++, Java, Data Structures, etc. will be an added advantage
