Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include gaining experience under company law, FEMA, and other regulatory matters via exposure to contract drafting, contract vetting, due-diligence, advisory under corporate laws, regulatory compliances, etc.
Note: We are expecting applications from CS Professional qualified candidates seeking mandatory apprenticeship under the company secretary in practice as per ICSI norms. The stipend shall be as per market standards and in compliance with ICSI norms.
