About the internship

You will be trained on:
1. Gold Appraisal
2. Lead generation
3. Customer relationship management

Key responsibilities:

1. To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction, avoid/ prevent spurious/unacceptable ornaments.
2. Adhering to high ethical standards and complying with all the laid down processes/policies of Rupeek - KYC adherence. Verify customers KYC & complete online registration.
3. Coordinate with the Manager and stakeholder for loan approval.
4. Ensure to bring in New Customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers for generating renewal & referral business.
5. Resolving all customer doubts and questions while processing the loan.
6. Participate in business development activities to improve the brand visibility of Rupeek Gold Loan in the catchment areas and to generate leads of prospective customers.

Eligibility Criteria

The applicant should have completed Graduation.

Upto 27 years of age.

0 to 12 months of work experience in any field

Fluency in local language

Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for the selection process

The above will be considered as the threshold criteria for shortlisting at sole discretion of Rupeek.

2 Wheeler & Driving License (If not already, need to get it sorted within first 2 months)

Selection Process

The selection process for Trainee will consists of

1. Basic Aptitude Test (Online)

2. Personal Interview (virtual/onsite).

Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 9,000 - 14,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 1,700 - 3,000 /month

Job offer:

On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 200000 to 400000/year
