About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on generating new IP articles of high technical and scientific value
2. Lead key projects with R&D to support business goals
3. Develop research programs incorporating current developments to improve existing products and study the potential of new products
4. Understand customer expectations on to-be manufactured products
5. Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers
6. Support the director to hire and develop R&D personnel
7. Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with marketing and operations
8. Transfer new technologies, products, and manufacturing processes into and out of the company
9. Research, design, and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment
10. Suggest training tools to enhance employee performance and skill development
11. Monitor team metrics and objectives to ensure that goals are met
12. Document all phases of research and development

Additional information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 400000 /year

We are representing Nanosafe in Science City, Ahmedabad, where the Prime Minister of India will be inaugurating the event. The event is from 9-12th September. This is a high-prestige event where the selected candidate will also be given the responsibility of manning the stall.
